Off the line, the 911 Carrera T PDK hits 100 km/h in 4.05 s versus 4.75 s for the Boxster Spyder. At this point, the 911 Carrera T PDK leads by 0.70 s and sits roughly 7 m ahead.
At 200 metres, the 911 Carrera T PDK is doing 157 km/h against 148 km/h for the Boxster Spyder. The gap is 0.58 s. The challenger starts to claw back ground.
At 400 metres standing start, the 911 Carrera T PDK crosses the line in 11.99 s versus 12.80 s. The 0.81 s gap represents roughly 41 m of track - a gap visible to the naked eye.
Past 400 metres, the 911 Carrera T PDK continues to build its lead. At 600 metres, it runs at 219 km/h versus 206 km/h. At 1,000 metres, the 911 Carrera T PDK finishes in 21.58 s versus 22.97 s, with a 1.39 s lead.
Electronically capped at 290 km/h, the 911 Carrera T PDK never reaches its natural aerodynamic ceiling in this duel. That’s not a physical limit of the motor - it’s a deliberate manufacturer decision, typically tied to standard-fit tyre ratings or model-range positioning.
With two combustion powertrains, the difference comes down to power-to-weight ratio (4.19 kg/hp vs 3.98 kg/hp) and transmission (Automatic vs Unknown).
In European road use (130 km/h max), both vehicles reach the legal speed limit in under 7.05 seconds. The 0.70 s difference in 0 to 100 km/h is mostly felt in motorway merging and overtaking.
